Train with Rachel Speck, the owner of Speck Fitness, in your own home on Skype.  If you don't live in the Miami area, this is your chance to still get to do her signature workouts.  You can either do her trademarked Tendu Toning workout which is a fusion of ballet and fitness, or traditional personal training with weights, resistance, and cardio.  

Each Skype session is one hour and also includes diet help and support, explanation of each exercise, motivation through the whole workout as well as corrections on form.  It's basically like having her in your own living room.  Also you get accountability because each session is a scheduled appointment.
